Barking Dog pours Pinot Noir, a rosé of Pinot Noir, and a white Pinot Noir from its Chehalem Mountains estate vineyard in a Carlton tasting room and art gallery, with walk-ins on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 to 5 and other days by reservation, and 10% of bottle sales going to partner charities.
